摘要:

在过去几十年,美国好莱坞早已成为全球文化传播的成功范例,近二十年来,从东亚开始崛起的韩流也在全球以锐不可当的速度扩展着它的文化传播版图。这两大文化在世界的传播不再仅仅是文化层面的流行,也是对一个国家的世界性、经济利益和国家软实力的衡量。因此,中国文化的世界化成为了一个有趣而重要的问题,亟待提出和反思。本文选取狄更斯的《双城记》(1859)和张爱玲的《色,戒》(1978)这两部名著,对其美学特性和世界化进行剖析,以期找到在中国文学世界化路径中可模仿和借鉴的文化结构模式,更有效地连接和弥合中国与世界的隐性文化鸿沟。

Abstract:

In the past several decades, America's Hollywood, as a cinematic and entertainment industry, has emerged and maintained a successful model of cultural globalization. In the past two decades, Hanliu or the Korean Wave, whose popularity first rose in East Asia, has expanded its cultural territory at an exponentially fast speed. The rise and thriving of these two global cultural examples demonstrate not merely cultural vitality, but more importantly the measuring strength of a nation's economy, global impact, and soft power overseas. This paper attempts to address this issue of global cultural impact by exploring and analyzing the textual qualities and the contextual receptions between China and the West in selected modern masterpieces.
